Payment, Shipment & Returns


We accept payment with AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Klarna. Payment options may vary from country to country.

After you have selected your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the selected payment gateway. Once your payment has been made, you will be redirected to and you will receive your payment confirmation via email. If the payment is canceled or fails, you will be redirected and receive a notification of the error. Then select a different payment method.

Delivery & shipping costs

We strive to get your order ready for dispatch on the same day. Depending on the country, your shipment will reach you in 2-7 working days.

For orders with a shopping cart over €39, we will cover the shipping costs for you throughout Germany. For orders under €39 and for orders to other European countries, the shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

Outside the European Union or to Switzerland, customs duties, fees, taxes and other public charges (hereinafter referred to collectively as "customs duties") are incurred as a result of shipping. All customs duties are borne by the buyer. Even if the goods are returned to the seller, the buyer bears the customs duties or is solely responsible for any reversal in relation to customs duties already paid; the seller is not obliged to refund and/or compensate the buyer.


The ordered goods can be returned to our warehouse within 14 days. All products must be in unused and unworn condition. Please note that the delivered goods must be returned with the original label .
